Autumn
This is art that I made to accompany this piece of music: www.youtube.com/watch?v=epjYEC…

Autumn is kind of like a shadowy version of spring.  In Fall months (at least where I live), the mornings are warmer than the evenings, whereas spring mornings and evenings are respectively crisp and balmy.  After the drought, an influx of moisture clears room for a new wave of flowers- but these are not like those of spring, in spite of many similarities.  Where there were "spring crocuses", batches of fragrant, slightly ruddier "autumn crocuses" appear; they are somehow more otherworldly and strange.  Cosmos, dahlias, chrysanthemums and asters replace the hyacinths, daffodils, buttercups and tulips of spring.  Many more blooms are rusty, brown, dark or otherwise severe of hue.  Patches of medicinal herbs emerge from soil beds where stretches of wildflowers once lingered.  Everywhere, the forest's perfume is spicy and exotic as the fiery nectars mingle with the scent of trees, their papery foliage now baring faded yellows in place of spring's chartreuse satin.

Autumn Coming
This is art that I made to accompany this piece of music: www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbYRO0…

August and September are the golden months.  Where I live, the grass is dry and yellow, the streets are ablaze with sunflowers and nasturtiums and the sky in a pale azure- a hue only seen between autumn and summer!  It is neither hot nor cold (each day is different) and the sounds of hawks, falcons and crows are more audible than the thrushes and robins of summer were only a month ago.  I like this time of year!  It's the time of harvest and bounty, where fire meets water and darkness meets light!  There is a pang of sorrow which comes with this season, but this is accompanied by a familiar joy: the joy of mystery, change, cooler breezes and, of course, autumn!

Waltz of the Sunflower
I created this piece of artwork to accompany this original composition
of mine: www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2EC98…

This has been an amazing year for sunflowers!  My town is filled to the brim with them and the forests, meadows, fields and gardens are in an exquisite transitional phase- a heavenly, golden limbo between summer and autumn.  This august, we've had the best blackberries, sunflowers and raspberries I've seen for years; I cannot express the joy I've experienced while gazing upon those lurching stacks of sweet scented sunflowers in any way other than music- I don't really feel like words will do them justice!  Suffice it to say that I hope that some of the magic I've absorbed from them will be passed on to whomever is listening to this composition.

Buttercups and Daisies
I created this piece of artwork to accompany this original composition
of mine: www.youtube.com/watch?v=UE3DBM…

I must confess, I had wanted to get this song out a few weeks earlier, while the buttercups were still going strong alongside the daisies (I prefer to release flower themed tracks while the starring flower is in its prime if I can!) but there are still so very many daisies in my town (more this year than there have been in quite some time!) and at least a few buttercups are left, so I guess it's okay.  Actually, I'm sort of lucky that there are still so many of either of these flowers!  We've had an amazing year for blossoms, with the perfect amounts of sun as well as rain- and at the right times.

This is among the most bouncy and optimistic of my flower waltzes.  I wanted to paint a sea of yellow, green and white.  To encapsulate the vivid chime of light spilling into reflective velvet buttercup petals.  To detail the edge of a forest where ample wildflowers grow as tall as trees!  Daisy petals white and buttercups glossy, they seem to glow like fire when the sun hits them.  These are both such joyful flowers.  They remind me of children and animals, of both spring and summer and of some of the loveliest places I've ever been.

As some of you are aware, I am a musician as well as an artist.  Music is my passion in life, and it is my goal to create sounds that will evoke uplifting and peaceful emotions as well as inspire and delight.  My main sources of inspiration are Nobuo Uematsu, Enya, Andreas Vollenweider, and classical composers such as Grieg, Tchaicovsky and Holst.  My style varries.  I compose classical, electronica, new and video game music.  I want you to hear it.  Here is a demo of my work:

....lovely creations RT! Many are hopeful that perhaps you and Alma D will lead the world of serious composers back to more tonality!
Would you please say a word or two re your very admirable use of electronic tools?

I'm just gonna cut right to the chase and say that you've earned yourself a watch. Why?

Because this world among direst times needs more creative, more emotional, and more philosophical women like yourself who actually stands out among the vacuous feminine crowd.

Or to express myself more bluntly. Keep making more music. Keep continuing to inspire others for the betterment of mankind. And by Eienyasil's grace, should you ever find that one person in your life who actually connects with your work on a spiritual level, only to eventually try to plunder it away from you simply because like all the human jackasses I've encountered throughout my existence whom placed more emphasis on their partner's appearance rather than who they are and what they represent as an individual, then consider this magicite as a token of my blessing.

Use it whenever the time comes, and watch the poor git's masculinity immediately plummet down to 1 hp the moment he witnesses the skies turn crimson red and the meteors rain hellfire and lightning down upon his mortal vessel along with the entire landscape........... and yet you'll manage to survive all that. However your establishment will more than likely be caught up in the maelstrom, leaving behind little to no trace of its original existence, but luckily all your belongings will be stashed away on your person.

And if you think that's not worthy of a good trade off, then *while proclaiming in a sarcastic tone* clearly you haven't been in my boots the first time I busted my ass slaying the 8 dragons of Ruin, finally obtaining the famed and legendary summon Crusader, wanting to jump into the first battle to use on my enemies as I was so excited to unravel its hidden potential.

And then I immediately threw my SNES controller across the room after watching my party get KO'ed along with the monsters.

Which was still not as frustrating as trying to procure Tidus' ultimate weapon as you dodge pass kamikaze seagulls with controls more broken than 90% of the spells from FF1. The Original NES classic.

Any way, have yourself a fantastic day and as the old village lady says, "STAY AWAY FROM THE SUMMONER!"
